By accessing or using AngleBeast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

AngleBeast is an AI-powered ad creative generation tool that helps marketers and businesses create advertising angles and visual creatives. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate ad copy, hooks, pain points, calls-to-action, and creative images based on your product information.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AngleBeast. By using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans and Token System

AngleBeast operates on a token-based system:

• Tokens are consumed when you generate angles or creative images
• Each subscription plan includes a set number of tokens per billing period
• Additional token packs can be purchased as one-time add-ons
• Unused tokens from a subscription period do not roll over to the next period
• Purchased token packs do not expire and are not subject to the above rollover restriction

Current plan details and token allocations are described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and token allocations with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AngleBeast to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or abusive
• Create content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Generate deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading advertising
• Attempt to circumvent token limits or abuse the generation system
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service in an unauthorised manner
• Use automated scripts to generate content at scale beyond your plan's intended use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You own the ad creatives, angles, and copy generated through AngleBeast. We do not claim ownership over output generated using your product information and prompts.

Our platform: The AngleBeast platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.

Input responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any product images or information you upload do not infringe third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

AngleBeast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated content will be suitable for any particular advertising purpose
• Results will meet your expectations or business goals

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of AngleBeast shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using AngleBeast at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AngleBeast after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
