• Payment information — billing details are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials directly.
• Usage data — information about how you use AngleBeast, including projects created, angles generated, creatives produced, and token consumption.
• Generated content — the images and ad creatives produced through our platform are stored in our database associated with your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver the AngleBeast service, including angle generation and creative image generation
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Track your token balance and usage
• Respond to support requests
• Improve and develop our service

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AngleBeast:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data, projects, angles, and generated creatives are stored on Supabase servers.
• Paddle — payment processing for subscriptions and token pack purchases. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
• Anthropic Claude API — used to generate ad angles and marketing copy based on your product information.
• kie.ai — used for AI-powered creative image generation. Image generation requests including your angle data are sent to their API.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Generated images are stored in Supabase Storage. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email address below.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to certain processing of your data
